Corporate Sales & Business Development Executive

Content House is looking for an ambitious, highly experienced and motivated professional to join Malta’s leading digital and print media organisation as a Corporate Sales and Business Development Executive.

We are looking for a solid professional who is after growing her or his career and in the process making serious money working in the top elite league of Malta’s growing digital and print advertising market. The right candidate will be offered excellent financial conditions with a financial package that can exceed €40,000 per annum for executives who hit targets and are successful in the role.

The chosen individual will be working hands-on across high-profile brands and will be liaising closely with Malta’s top 5,000 leading companies and brands, that are already clients of Content House.

Content House employs 40 full-time professionals and operates from bespoke central Mriehel offices.

The chosen applicant will enjoy a fantastic financial package, including well-above-average guaranteed annual earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pitching advertising sales proposals to our large portfolio of clients. Current client base exceeds 5,000 businesses
  • Client relationship building
  • Negotiating and closing leads in a successful and professional manner
  • Monitoring the local media market as well as social media to continue widening our extensive client base through business development undertakings

Key Skills

  • Strong background and experience in sales and an ambition to make a financially rewarding career out of this opportunity
  • A positive and outgoing personality – and a clear sense of determination
  • A sound academic background
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Maltese languages
  • Multi-tasking skills and agility to carry out tasks in a swift manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
