Matthew Spiteri is Head of Print & Digital Advertising Sales at Content House where he oversees sales performance on all print and digital platforms operated by the Group.
Matthew is a key strategic player in the Advertising Sales Department. He is involved in all aspects pertaining to the management of the sales force – from recruitment to training, mentoring and the overall management of the team. Matthew is involved in the setting up of daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets – both on an individual and collective basis. He joined the company as a sales executive on Style on Sunday Magazine in 2009, and soon became Head of Sales in 2010. His background in sales and marketing goes back to 2001, operating for several platforms ranging from Radio, TV and Print to Sponsorships and Digital.
